Real Madrid Beat Deportivo 1-0

Real Madrid continued their pre-season preparations with a narrow 1-0 victory over Deportivo La Coruña at the Riazor Stadium on Wednesday.

Brahim Díaz scored the only goal of the match as Real Madrid lifted the Teresa Herrera Trophy. The Spanish giants controlled much of the game but had to work hard against a well-organized Deportivo side.

The decisive moment came just before half-time. Real Madrid goalkeeper Andriy Lunin quickly started a counter-attack after collecting the ball. His long pass found Brahim Díaz in space, and the forward showed excellent control before racing towards goal and calmly finishing past the Deportivo goalkeeper.

The goal gave Real Madrid a 1-0 lead going into the break.

Deportivo showed plenty of determination after the interval and created several opportunities to find an equalizer. Real Madrid, however, defended their advantage and managed the game effectively during the closing stages.

Lunin also played an important role late in the match, making a key save to protect Real Madrid's clean sheet.

The game was another useful test for José Mourinho's team as the club continues to prepare for the new season. Several players were given valuable minutes, allowing the coaching staff to assess the squad and different tactical options.

Brahim's goal was the highlight of the night, while the overall performance gave Real Madrid another positive result during pre-season.
